Because every kid deserves to be a kid, Press On identifies groundbreaking alternative therapies for childhood cancers. By investing money into the science and infrastructure needed to find a cure, Press On hopes to see a world void of heart-breaking cancers.
The Salvation Army aims to help homeless and low income individuals. At its Center of Hope location in Augusta, a series of programs are offered, including a daily soup line, homeless shelters, drug and alcohol rehabilitation and job skills training.

The time and cost associated with battling childhood illness is not insignificant. Working to keep families together, create a refuge after long hospital hours and alleviate the financial burden, the Ronald McDonald House here in Augusta offers 23 rooms and serves over 1,100 families a year.
