Recently moved to Aiken area. Had oil changed recently at another concern and they pointed out that the Transmission Dip Stick on my 2010 Suburban had broken and that they thought that there was a recall on it. I contacted Master Chevrolet and spoke with the Service Manager (a very nice young man whose name escapes me). He informed me that there was indeed a recall, determined that the part was in stock and invited me to return as soon as I could to have it fixed. I returned an hour later and they rushed the car in to have the replacement made. It was done quickly and efficiently, and I had my car back before lunch. Bravo! Excellent service and treatment. Great service experience Justin went out of his way to work me in during the normal lunch hour. We purchased our 2012 CTS from Master Cadillac. After several months my wife decided to trade for an SRX. Hi, Thanks for asking. Steve, the mechanic, found a loose connection for the heater hose and repaired it asap. The interment brake squeal however continues, will return to service and let them chase it some more. I went into the showroom where I was immediately greeted by, Mr. David Scott. He was very friendly. He asked me what I was looking for in a new vehicle. He listened to what I wanted and really needed, and showed me a 2012 Chevy Malibu on the used lot. I liked the car and told him I would be back in a couple weeks. I went home and called my Mom, who helped me decide on a NEW Malibu after we went online and looked at the new car inventory. I traded in my 2004 Chevy trailblazer, which had been serviced at your dealership previously. I returned to your dealership, because my previous experience with your Service Department was outstanding. As a Single Mother, it is very important to me that when I do business with a company they know who I am if I have a problem down the road. When I first had my trailblazer in the dealership they corrected my issue and when I called back with a totally different issue I was called by name, just by saying what vehicle I had.
